The Russian team has reached a fill rate of 96.3% YTD. They are the only one in the network to reach a target above 95%.
The fill rate is our capability to ship orders the day expected by the customer. This is our main performance criterion for measuring customer satisfaction!
Everybody in the Haulotte Service team network knows how extremely complicated it is to achieve this target, but the job and engagement of our colleagues have been fantastic all year long.
SO, now the Russian team is the new target for the entire network!
