barometric pe care \u00eel repet\u0103m o dat\u0103 la 3 ani. Aceast\u0103 nou\u0103 edi\u021bie a eviden\u021biat coordonatele de progres \u0219i planurile de ac\u021biune care trebuie derulate pentru cre\u0219terea satisfac\u021biei clien\u021bilor no\u0219tri.<\/h3>\n<p>Am realizat acest sondaj prin intermediul unui grup reprezentativ al clien\u021bilor no\u0219tri, fie din punct de vedere al repartiz\u0103rii geografice, fie al cifrei de afaceri din ultimii 3 ani, grup alc\u0103tuit din principalii no\u0219tri clien\u021bi, reprezenta\u021bi \u00een cadrul fiec\u0103rei filiale. <strong>\u00cen total, am ob\u021binut un foarte bun rezultat, de 45% dintre r\u0103spunsuri. <\/strong>62% dintre responden\u021bi provin din zona Europei, 17% din zona Asia-Pacific \u0219i 21% din zona Americilor, cu un progres net al num\u0103rului de participan\u021bi din zona Americii de Nord \u0219i zona Asiei.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rezultate pozitive<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Din sondaj rezult\u0103 c\u0103 \u00eenregistr\u0103m <strong>o dinamic\u0103 bun\u0103 de dezvoltare<\/strong>. \u00centr-adev\u0103r, am ob\u021binut un <strong>scor general de satisfac\u021bie de 7,85 din 10 (vs 7,69 \u00een 2016)<\/strong>, \u00een cre\u0219tere constant\u0103 de la prima rund\u0103 realizat\u0103 \u00een 2010. <strong>Se remarc\u0103 o cre\u0219tere net\u0103 a ponderii clien\u021bilor \u201efoarte satisf\u0103cu\u021bi\u201d<\/strong>: +8,4 puncte raportat la 2016, care se explic\u0103 mai ales prin conversia clien\u021bilor din \u201esatisf\u0103cu\u021bi\u201d \u00een \u201efoarte satisf\u0103cu\u021bi\u201d. Le-am consolidat fidelitatea datorit\u0103 calit\u0103\u021bii produselor, echipelor \u0219i solu\u021biilor noastre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cu toate acestea, aceast\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire net\u0103 este relativ\u0103, deoarece concuren\u021ba noastr\u0103 a f\u0103cut, de asemenea, progrese notabile.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Studiul s-a orientat \u00een jurul a patru tematici:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Imaginea Haulotte:<\/strong> cel mai adesea aceasta este asociat\u0103 unui \u201efabricant cu care putem colabora cu \u00eencredere\/transparen\u021b\u0103, furniz\u00e2nd produse\/servicii adaptate nevoilor, fabricant de echipamente de calitate\u201d.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rela\u021bia comercial\u0103<\/strong>: Aten\u021bia\/\u00een\u021belegerea nevoilor, frecven\u021ba\/regularitatea contactelor \u0219i varietatea gamei de produse propuse sunt foarte bune.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Produsele Haulotte<\/strong>: Satisfac\u021bia este foarte bun\u0103 \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te comanda, documentele prezentate \u0219i calitatea echipamentelor primite, \u00eens\u0103 putem observa nemul\u021bumiri legate de termenele de livrare \u0219i de sfaturile sau explica\u021biile furnizate \u00een momentul livr\u0103rii. \u00cen schimb, nu mai pu\u021bin de 55% dintre clien\u021bii consider\u0103 c\u0103 s-au \u00eenregistrat progrese \u00een decursul ultimilor 3 ani \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te calitatea echipamentelor Haulotte. Trebuie subliniat\u0103 o relansare net\u0103 a calit\u0103\u021bii echipamentelor \u0219i a fiabilit\u0103\u021bii acestora, conform unui procent de 55% dintre clien\u021bi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Asisten\u021ba tehnic\u0103<\/strong>: cu ocazia studiului, contextul economic pozitiv a generat o puternic\u0103 presiune asupra serviciilor: echipamentele clien\u021bilor no\u0219tri func\u021bion\u00e2nd f\u0103r\u0103 \u00eentrerupere, serviciile au fost mult mai mult solicitate.
