empresa<\/strong>.<\/em><\/li><li><em>Um segundo passo consistir\u00e1 <strong>em alinhar os roadmaps e planos de a\u00e7\u00e3o dos departamentos com o projeto da empresa<\/strong>.<\/em><\/li><li><em>Uma terceira etapa, conduzida em paralelo, permitir\u00e1 que cada gerente se autoavalie e seja avaliado por seu gerente, colaboradores e colegas sobre este
