cosa da poco. Se l\u2019impatto ambientale di un ricambio consegnato al cliente non si limita certo al suo stoccaggio e al suo trasporto, questi due aspetti possono tuttavia essere migliorati per ridurlo.<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section #5db77a;\">la Supply Chain<\/span><\/strong> che si occupa dei pezzi Haulotte ha lavorato a numerosi miglioramenti dei processi interni, con<strong> l\u2019obiettivo<\/strong> di ridurre il pi\u00f9 possibile i fattori di \u201cinquinamento\u201d a monte e a valle, senza far venire meno l\u2019efficienza delle spedizioni e le performance degli imballaggi.<\/p>\n<p>Le 70 persone che compongono la squadra di<span style=\"color: #5db77a;\"><strong> Guillaume MERCIER,<\/strong><\/span> Responsabile Mondo della distribuzione, hanno cos\u00ec predisposto varie fino a 30 kg avranno un nuovo packaging: una serie di imballaggi di forme diverse, in cartone grezzo,<strong> prodotta con carta proveniente da foreste certificate FSC.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Questi nuovi imballaggi, inoltre, non presentano praticamente nessuna marchiatura o stampa, <span style=\"color: #5db77a;\"><strong>incentivando cos\u00ec il destinatario a riutilizzarli<\/strong><\/span> per altre spedizioni o per qualsiasi altro uso che potrebbe offrire loro una seconda vita.<\/p>\n<p>Le poche stampe presenti, poi, sono effettuate con inchiostri a base di acqua. <strong>E anche i sigilli di garanzia sono realizzati a base di carta,<\/strong> in modo da semplificare il riciclo dell\u2019imballaggio nel suo insieme.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-20663361 ricevuti<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-462a9929 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"462a9929\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Tutte<span style=\"color: #5db77a;\"><strong> le piattaforme logistiche Haulotte <\/strong><\/span><strong>riutilizzano in maniera quasi sistematica tutti gli imballaggi<\/strong> (scatole, carta da imballaggio) in cui ricevono i pezzi. Le scatole, dopo aver verificato che rispettino le caratteristiche necessarie per permetterne la spedizione, sono infatti riutilizzate per la consegna ai clienti finali.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4711a8a0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4711a8a0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><span style=\"color: #5db77a;\"><strong>Protezioni adattate e migliorate<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-795ec70 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"795ec70\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ove possibile, tutti gli elementi che servono per bloccare, cerchiare e proteggere i pezzi, tradizionalmente di plastica,<strong> sono stati sostituiti da elementi<\/strong> in carta e cartone <strong>100% riciclabili<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-54d6a26 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"54d6a26\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Talvolta, per i pezzi pi\u00f9 fragili, \u00e8 difficile trovare imballaggi in carta e cartone che garantiscano una protezione ottimale, ma, in questo caso, si cerca comunque di prediligere le bioplastiche.<span style=\"color: #5db77a;\"> I team Supply Chain lavorano cos\u00ec per migliorare tutti gli elementi che servono per tenere fermi <\/span>e imballare i pezzi e per far s\u00ec che, alla fine<em><\/em>, il pacco ricevuto sia interamente riciclabile.<\/p>\n<p>Un altro notevole miglioramento ha poi riguardato l\u2019adattamento delle misure delle scatole alla forma dei pezzi da spedire.<\/p>\n<p>Per le ringhiere, ad esempio, erano necessarie scatole di grandissime dimensioni e un bancale intero, il che <strong><span style=\"color: #5db77a;\">portava a costi di spedizione molto alti.<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per sopperire al problema, la Supply Chain ha ideato una scatola su misura che consente di <strong>ridurre il volume della spedizione e far venire meno l\u2019esigenza del bancale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-77cd58c\" data-id=\"77cd58c\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fe7ee40 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"fe7ee40\" class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Questo adeguamento provoca una serie di vantaggi a cascata:<\/p>\n<p><strong>minor volume = meno bancali = minori esigenze di trasporto terrestre o aereo = minor impatto ambientale. <\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0a07a72 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0a07a72\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><span style=\"color: #5db77a;\"><strong>Modificare il tipo di
