Rules for the Contest
” DRAW ME THE PLATFORM OF THE FUTURE “

Article 1 – Organizer

Haulotte Group (the “Company”), whose head office is located in La Péronnière, 42152, l’Horme, is organizing a contest (the “Contest”) to:

  • Company staff and their children,
  • and the staff of the Company’s subsidiaries and their children.

Article 2 Purpose

The object of the Contest is to send, to the address indicated in article 3 below, the drawing of a “platform of the future” with complete freedom of imagination.

On the closing date, the drawings received will be subject to a vote by the editorial committee of the TOGETHER webzine and 1 winner will be chosen.

Article 3 – Participation

The people who can participate to the Contest are:

  • The employees of the Company and its subsidiaries,
  • as well as Children of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries.

Any other person, outside the Haulotte Group, cannot in any way participate in the competition. Each employee can participate by sending several drawings.

Article 4 – Operation

To participate to the competition, participants must send the drawings accompanied by the following information:

The employee’s surname, first name, the site to which he/she is attached and his/her contact details.

Any incomplete participation will be rejected.

Drawings must be sent no later than 15 April 2021 to the following e-mail address: contest@haulotte.com.

Article 6 – Endowment / Availability

This contest will award a Haulotte miniature platform as a gift, which will be sent directly to the winner.

Article 7 – Winner’s vote

The vote will be carried out by the editorial committee between 16 and 30 April 2021.

Article 8 – Proclamation of results and use of works

The name of the winner will be known and published in the next issue of the internal TOGETHER webzine.

Each participant transfers free of charge to the Company all the rights relating to his design, namely the rights of reproduction, representation, editing and adaptation, in the context of communication, publications and for any commercial use necessary for the activity of the Company without limitation in time.

This assignment of rights is granted worldwide, for the entire legal period of protection of intellectual and industrial property rights and for the use provided above.

Article 9 – Modification and cancellation

The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel the Competition at any time, without having to provide justification and cannot in any case be held responsible for such modification or cancellation. It will then inform all participants by any means.

Article 10 – Availability of lots

Rewards cannot be exchanged either in currency or for another reward. The rewards will be made available to the winner 15 days after the vote by the editorial committee.

Article 11 – Acceptance

Participation to the Contest implies outright acceptance of these rules. It is completely free and does not imply any obligation of purchase or membership.

Article 12 – Protection of personal data

Participation to the Contest leads to the collection of personal data of the Participants. Personal data collected is mandatory in order to participate in the competition. These data are collected, processed and used in order to carry out and ensure the proper execution of the Contest as well as for the publication and communication of the Company.

The duration of storage by the Organizing Company of data relating to participation in the Contest is limited to 1 year from the end of the competition.

In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978 as amended and the General Regulations on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR), each participant has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him, as well as a right to portability. He also has the right to object to the processing carried out or to request its limitation.

Article 13 – Applicable law

Contest participants declare that they agree to comply with French law with regard to the application of the provisions of these regulations and all their consequences.

Article 14 – Regulations

These rules are available on simple written request addressed to Haulotte Group (address article 1 above) and can be consulted within each Haulotte Group site.
