What is the ambition of Finance for 2025 ?
In the continuity of the 2018-2022 plan, Haulotte has defined its new Strategic plan: AMBITION 2025.
It is structured around 12 strategic axes that define the roadmap of the Group for the coming years.
In that context, each Department determines its vision through its YOG (Yello Operation Goal) and the Finance one is : To Help the Company creating value.
This vision is articulated around 4 ambitions:
What is the « Business Partner » ambition?
The objective of the Finance Business Partner is to create added value to improve the company’s performance.
Our action is articulated around three axes:
One of the first actions implemented through our ambition is the presentation by COMEX members, and for the first time, of the Group’s half-yearly results to all employees.
The aim of this meeting was to share the Group’s commercial and financial news for the first half of 2022. The Comex shared the main figures and Haulotte’s challenges for the coming months.
Second concrete action: “Finance as a business partner” training !
Why this training? Who is it aimed at?
This training concerns both finance and operational teams.
The objective is to present the interactions of the Finance/Operations teams in order to understand what each function can expect from the other, and what are the relevant practices to be a real business partner.
In this training you will:

• The different jobs in Finance: Its roles & missions
• Its organization within the world.
– Understand what a finance business partner is
– Discover the 5 best practices of the Finance people as a business partner (“DISCO”) with illustration
