H3 Project Manager
It was a great adventure that started when we met with the architects in December 2017. In 2018, blueprints in hand, we visited a number of company headquarters to confirm our choices and gather new ideas that would enrich our project. Construction began in 2019. We ran into several surprises along the way, like when we uncovered a mortar shell left over from World War 2. But despite all of these incidents, it was a great experience with a highly motivated and close-knit project team. The very definition of team spirit! I’d even say: “Together, we work better!”
The end result surpasses our expectations in terms of quality (worthy of the biggest international groups), cost (we were able to stay within our budget, thanks to the hard work of the teams, under Patrice’s leadership!), and schedule (which we stuck to, despite the lockdown in the spring). More than 300 people moved into their new offices in September. Some of them share their feedback in this edition.
