Engagement Survey 2023

We’re counting on you!

The third Engagement Survey will soon be starting! This is a special time for everyone to express their opinion on their working environment, the organization of the company, collaboration, training, career development opportunities and more. In a nutshell, everything which contributes to commitment and quality of life at work.

It is very important to participate, because the Engagement Survey gives rise to numerous action plans to improve everyone’s daily life.

The first Engagement Survey was launched in 2017, with the Let’s Dare transformation plan. It is held every three years to identify strong points and areas to work on to strengthen employees’ commitment.

Didier GRIVEL EMPOWERMENT

At the end of February, every employee will be invited to fill in a questionnaire in their own language. The important thing is to be completely frank when filling it in: “Don’t hesitate to say what you are satisfied with… and/or what you are not satisfied with in your work. The most important thing is to be sincere. The results are strictly confidential and managed by an external company which only communicates the collective results to us,” explains Didier Grivel, the Empowerment Director.

We are all agents for change

The results, which will appear at the end of April, will be used to construct an action plan to improve working conditions. “Therefore we must be as transparent as possible. This is what will enable us to grow collectively,” says Didier Grivel.

The higher the level of participation, the more representative the results will be, leading to better targeted actions, both locally and at group level.

The aim is to replicate the success of the previous two surveys in terms of participation. In 2017 the level of participation was 92%, and in 2020 89%.

Laura BIRADES EMPOWERMENT

In 2020, we saw that the 12 commitment themes had improved in relation to 2017. “The more action had been taken on a theme, the more the level of satisfaction had increased among employees.

The Engagement Survey therefore enables the working environment to be improved. If you are happy at work, you are more productive and the whole group benefits, concludes Didier Grivel.
