End-of-year celebrations

From the advent calendar to the H3 new year greetings

 Advent calendar

At H3, the end-of-year celebrations started with a home-made advent calendar with as many reusable elements as possible

The calendar was constructed using shipping boxes from the Lorette logistics center which were returned to Lorette to be reused afterwards.

Each day, the teams could open the box to discover a little “best practice” or CSR message, and the quickest off the mark got to eat some candy!

“Nothing lost, everything transformed!”

Then a Christmas market, organized by the Facility team, opened on December 12 where everyone could come and buy something to please both young and old.

The classic Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest was organized on that day too, of course!

 H3 new year greetings

Frédéric Goncalves as the master of ceremonies

To conclude, Frédéric Goncalves, the Headquarters manager, assisted by the HR and Facility teams, organized the site’s new year greetings at the end of January, attended by no less than 250 people to wish each other all the best for the coming year.

This event brought everyone together and was also an opportunity to reward the loyalty and commitment of several employees with the presentation of the “médailles du travail” (long service medals).

Many actions from 2022 commented on by the teams

Our Workplace First-Aiders were also honored

18 medal-winners got up on stage to receive awards ranging from the Silver medal for 20 years, through Silver-Gilt for 30 years, Gold for 35 years and Grand Gold for 40 years

Special congratulations go to Max Guiller who was awarded the Grand Gold medal for 40 years of work

Pierre Saubot, our CEO, was unfortunately unable to attend, but he wanted to share the moment with a message:

“Reasons outside of my control prevent me from being with you today for this time of celebration. I am fully aware of its importance for you and for Haulotte.

> As you known I have put my heart and soul into the long-term development of the company. I have passed the baton to Alexandre, who is continuing the mission with the same vision and the same will.

> We would not have been able to achieve this without the commitment of each and every one of you and without your unstinting loyalty to the company. Today, as we recognize and reward your merits, I would like to express my deep and very sincere gratitude to you. Kind regards, Pierre Saubot.”
