Multi-sided communication for the e-Lab!
Two years ago, the e-Lab organized a major communication campaign to support its launch. Today, the team made up of Ludovic Lemarchand, Xavier Macé and Clément Viaouët wishes to breath new life into the e-Lab. To make an impression, they have chosen an unusual media: a build-your-own message cube.
Over the last two years, the e-Lab has captured the ideas of our employees, whatever the subject. “We now want to generate new ideas, particularly on two themes: safety and the automation of tasks,” explains Ludovic Lemarchand.
These two themes were not chosen by chance… They are two strong focuses of the Group’s strategic vision, “Ambition 2025”. “We are trying to stimulate creativity around our ambition,” says Clément Viaouët. “However, this focus is not exclusive! If anyone has an idea on another theme, they shouldn’t hesitate to share it,” stresses Xavier Macé.
3D communication
All of the Group’s employees will receive a pattern for a cube, which they will be asked to build. As Xavier Macé explains, “There is a fun side to building the cube, and you are more inclined to keep something you have made yourself.”
Everyone will be able to adopt this object and discover the two themes explained on the different sides in their own language. To place the e-Lab within the context of the Group, the inside of the pattern summarizes the key information to know all about the ideas incubator.
With this fun, original object, the e-Lab hopes to be physically present with the employees. “You can use it however you like. For example, you can cut open one side to make a pen holder. There is even an empty side where everyone can express their own creativity!” says Ludovic Lemarchand.
In parallel, giant cubes will be set up at H3, and posters will be put up in all the subsidiaries.
A challenge and ideas
A QR code on the cube links to the e-Lab website… and to a challenge inviting every employee to send in a photo with their cube. It’s a little activity just for the fun of it!
Do you have an idea? Just scan the QR code to share it! The themes of safety and automation are good opportunities for all employees.
Safety concerns the operators on the machines just as much as the employees in the Group’s factories. Automation frees employees from repetitive tasks. “This concerns all subjects. For example, vacations. We have developed an automatic system that enters vacation periods directly in a person’s schedule as soon as the periods are validated,” says Ludovic Lemarchand.
