The new pre-onboarding module is available!
WHAT IS A PRE-ONBOARDING MODULE?
It is a module available on Haulotte Academy which consists in integrating our new employees from the moment they accept a job offer until their first day on the job. They discover the history of the Group, the general organization, our global offer, our businesses, our markets, our sites, our transformation programs and our values.
WHY?
It familiarizes new recruits with our company, gives them the information they need to start working more quickly and, ultimately, promotes employee commitment and retention.

Link your private LinkedIn account
To customize your learning experience, we offer you the possibility to link your private LinkedIn account with your Haulotte professional LinkedIn Learning account as suggested by LinkedIn Learning when you log in for the first time.
RECOMMENDATIONS
You allow LinkedIn Learning to tailor recommendations to your specific needs based on your skills, experience and the trending topics your peers are checking out.
The skills you already have as well as your job role will be part of the algorithms for learning recommendations and enhance the personalization even further.

Linking your accounts for a better learning experience is an opportunity we are offering you at Haulotte. It is not an obligation and it remains your choice.
If you want to link your accounts later, No worries. You always will have the opportunity to do it later in your personal settings.
Different platforms = different accounts
Whether or not you choose to link the two accounts (as explained in section 4 – How can I customize my Learning experience?), this will not change anything with regard to Haulotte access rights.
Haulotte will only have access to your professional LinkedIn Learning account
Who accesses what on Linkedin Learning ?
- The HR team will follow your learning activity
- Once a year, during the annual review, your manager will be able to track the time spent on the different themes that you have followed

My wife and I have made a commitment to work for the benefit of our community. To achieve this, we created and launched a charity to show generosity to those in need around us. At the start of this process, I very quickly realized that I needed many more skills than I currently possess to get this charity off the ground.
I have been studying web design and development through LinkedIn Learning to gain the skills necessary to give our charity an online presence. My hope is this training will pay off big for the people around me that are struggling to keep their lights on and food on the table for their families.
