We have a great example of improvement at the Reims plant. At the end of last year, the site gave the rest areas a makeover so that everyone could benefit from a cozy, relaxing, convivial space to enjoy a break with colleagues.

Installing this new space was an opportunity to hold a pleasant get-together for its inauguration on December 1^st.

Aline Bouchon, the site’s HR manager, says: “It was a joint effort with everyone working together to revamp these areas. The employees chose the style they wanted to give the space. The tone reflects our team energy and means everyone has adopted them!”
