Travis had been working in various aspects of shipping for a long time and he felt it was time to step outside his comfort zone. After working at Haulotte since 2021 as a sales representative, and with the concept of sales being something relatively new for him, he started to immerse himself in LinkedIn Learning.

“Developing empathy in sales, managing the customer relationship, listening effectively… I was able to gather lots of advice from sales professionals! Then I started to get curious about more varied subjects: Adopting critical thinking to better judge and make better decisions, Foundations of programming: The effectiveness of the code, The basics of Excel….that just gives you some idea of the variety of contents. As the format is relatively short and accessible, I often let myself be tempted!

LinkedIn Learning supports me at my own pace. I follow the training during my lunch break or when I get home from work. I listen to the videos like a podcast, which means I can do something else at the same time.
