The Industrial Hive
The Industrial Hive is an association governed by French Association Law of 1901 and which is located in Vénissieux (Rhône) – France. Its members are different sized industrial companies which are not competitors and which come together to speed up their transformation.
Its mission is to build a more human, more successful, more sustainable industry.
Its purpose is to enable the industrialists in the region to support each other to find answers to the current challenges and to develop their performance. This involves carrying out projects together focusing on technological, human or organizational transformation.
The principle is that together we are stronger and that everyone can benefit.
Haulotte has decided to partner this organization to strengthen the pooling of expertise and benefit from the experiences of each member. The aim is to speed up the Group’s transformation, open minds to collaboration and unite people from different backgrounds to make actions more coherent and effective.
“Several months ago, a certain number of employees were introduced to The Industrial Hive and tested it out. The value creation is compelling. It speeds up the resolution of irritants, and the exchanges with the members strengthen our collaborative approach to move forward more quickly”, say Patrice Métairie and Didier Grivel.
Feedback from Arnaud Robardey, Project Manager
“I am very pleased to have been able to participate in the Boostart program set up by The Industrial Hive. This program focusing on “the role of the project leader”, led by one of The Hive’s coaches, brings together project leaders from different companies. My group was composed of project leaders from: Fives group, SNCF, Aldès and Grand Lyon. For half a day per week for three months, we addressed very varied themes: management of stakeholders, the embodiment of the project by the project leader, the keys to ‘pitch’ your project correctly, self-limiting beliefs, etc.
This program is also an opportunity to share individual problems with peers. The broad range of profiles and experiences contributes to the richness of the discussions! If you have the opportunity to participate in the Boostart program, go for it! 😉”
