Strong results for the Engagement Survey!

The results of the 2020 engagement survey have made it possible to measure very significant progress.

These are the results of the work accomplished by everyone over the past three years. A lot of initiatives and actions have been implemented locally and on a central level, on all issues, mainly:

• “breaking open the silos”,
• communicating better,
• collaborating better with other teams,
• organizing more effectively,
• living according to our values.

Our 2020 results are the best motivation to continue working on these issues in the future. More than ever, Haulotte is convinced that motivated, committed employees are the key to the performance, satisfaction and loyalty of our customers.  More than ever, we must continue to work on transforming our working environment, on the efficiency of our processes and on the fulfillment of everyone in their missions.
