ISO Communication event was held on 17 Sep, together with the monthly Value Charter program as our employee participation and engagement activities.

ISO collaboration project is in progress in China as part of Haulotte certification roadmap for subsidiary.  Through the Macro-processes , China together with APAC team members are working to develop the ISO systems governing our work culture and external certification.

Processes- Way of Working

Event program start with an interactive paper plane folding game that aim to communicate the difference of performance output when clarity of roles and tasks are clear, as the team work with a developed process to fold the paper plane instead of individual method.

This promote Haulotte’s Value of “Learn what each person’s role is, who is in charge, and what the process is” that is an essential part of ISO collaboration project that work on organization processes and defining clear roles to improve performance and  customer and employee ‘s satisfaction.

QHSE Policy and ISO Progress Communication

The new QHSE Policy that defined the Ambitions and Objectives from our Mission was communicated in the event.

Program continue with the ISO Project Progress sharing for our employees awareness of our milestones’ achievements , with their contribution to achieve our certification journey in each of their daily operational activities

ISO Awards Recognition

As part of the ISO project recognition, Our employee also shared on their program involvement . ISO Awards were given to employees that had key contributions to the processes development, 5S program and outstanding employee who had done well in their work areas supporting Haulotte’s values and the project.
