Last month, Haulotte Mexico launched the brand-new electric articulating boom lift, SIGMA 16, with a special live demo webinar for various customers.
The webinar was a joint effort between Haulotte US & Haulotte Mexico, dedicated to Haulotte Mexico’s customers. Technical set-up was done by Paul Jensen (Product Manager-Americas) and Edgar Ruiz (Training Manager- Americas). It was recorded live, during 1 hour, from Haulotte US headquarters in Virginia Beach, however it was hosted by Edgar Ruiz who traveled from Mexico, and was joined by the new General Manager for Mexico, Marcelo Mott, and Sales Manager, Enrique Plaza, via Teams.
With the limitations still imposed from COVID, Haulotte Mexico felt it was important to offer a means for customers to view the new machine and learn about its exciting features.
60 customer invitations were sent out, 55 customers attended, but several joined as teams, so it was close to 100% attendance. The webinar was also joined by our teams from Haulotte Chile (6 people) and Haulotte Brazil (11 people)
Overall feedback from customers was positive, and we hope to offer more live webinars in the future, in addition to in-person demonstrations as the regulations permit.
